Very interesting place. There are tables outside, inside by the window, by fireplace. Menu has many varieties of coffee, great selection of teas, some breakfast items. Stopped by to chat with my friend and enjoyed the atmosphere very much. I order black tea, Golden Monkey, and my friend had cappuccino and bakery item. All was amazing! Best thing they open early on the weekend!!!

Stopped by here before going to an event at the Suburban Collection Showplace. Very friendly and courteous staff and the environment feels cozy and well-decorated. Convenient location as well!
I ordered the campfire mocha for myself and a matcha latte for my sister, we both enjoyed our drinks

The vibes here are so nice! It was freezing today and I needed to get some work done, so I stopped in and sat by the fire and had a delicious Candy Cane Mocha Latte (season flavor- it was so cute!) while working. I’ll be back often, and I’ll bring friends too! It’s quiet and laid back here, perfect for a winter afternoon!

Amazing coffee with a cozy atmosphere! Very chill spot for a quick pick-me-up or a laid back hang out, study, or meetings! They have quick bites if you’re hungry and refreshments! We love the coffee and used to frequent this spot quite frequently when dating, but we still come back after moving out of the area! You will love it! Try the Muddy Chai or the Caramel Dream, our favorites on the menu!

Lots of signature drinks to choose from. The staff were very nice and my drink tasted amazing!
I got a red tuxedo mocha to go, but if I had more time I would have loved to sit and read or study here.
Definitely stop by if you're in the area :)

Just in and out for a mocha and a pastry. I don't remember the name of it, but it was a Mexican puff pastry with cream cheese and honey (sorry, I are most of it before I thought to take a picture). Both were very good. Service was very quick and such a pleasant experience!

The newer owners are so nice and the coffee is exactly how you order it. The quiche is really good and even better if you can catch it on a day where it's being made fresh! Worth a stop in to check out the drink menu. They don't have much of a food menu, wish they had more sandwich options and salads.

This is a really nice coffee shop with all the standard coffee options along with a few recipes of their own. A really good cafe to try rather than the standard coffee chains.
The place offers ample seating options (there are some really comfortable couches alongside the fireplace) and some really nice reads to go along with the coffee!

Seldom do I give five stars, but this place is certainly deserving. Was in town for a convention and stopped here. Three mornings in a row. Had the mocha twice and a cappuccino with an extra shot. Also had a cheese danish, Cherry Danish, bacon and sausage breakfast sandwiches as well as the quiche. Everything was very delicious! Maria and her husband are very friendly and inviting. The coffee beans are roasted on site and are sourced from Maria's family's farm in Central or South America (can't remember which). The coffee was very smooth and the extra espresso shot, although very strong was smooth and not bitter. The atmosphere is five stars for sure! I would love to visit back in colder weather when they would have the fireplace turned on. I wish the best to independent places such as this and I recommend that others support them. The cost here is no more than what you would spend at the mermaid, better quality, and the fact that you're supporting a local business is all the more reason to visit.

This is hands-down one of my favorite coffee shops in metro Detroit! What started as a Caribou Coffee chain years ago was saved by a group of No.VI dads who couldn’t bear to lose their go-to coffee spot. They took it over, but let’s be real—running a food business isn’t a walk in the park.
Enter the most incredible couple who bought the place and transformed it into something truly special.
The owner, hailing from Puerto Rico where her family runs a similar business, has poured heart and soul into this spot. It’s now the coziest, most welcoming place you’ll find.
No judgmental hipster baristas here—just a genuinely kind and awesome staff who make you feel right at home. They bring their diverse backgrounds to the table, offering unique treats like Banh Mi sandwiches and Dora-Yaki alongside killer pastries.
Foodie Pro tip: If you spot quesitos or churros, grab them fast—they’re absolutely perfect pastries and sell out quick!
I’m obsessed with their in-house roasted beans, especially the espresso roast that I snag for my at-home brews.
Whether you’re popping in for a quick coffee and pastry or settling in for work or a great convo with a friend, this place is perfect. It’s a true gem that’s worth every visit!
